The products are available in the precipitation section of H-SAF website and are available for downloading at H-SAF ftp server; they are also distributed via EUMETCast.

The European Space Agency (ESA) together with the European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites (EUMETSAT), is pleased to announce a science conference on spaceborne scatterometers to take place on 2-4 February 2016 at ESTEC in Noordwijk, The Netherlands.
Today scatterometers are used operationally for wind, soil moisture and sea ice applications. This conference shall provide an open forum to discuss the latest developments and challenges of scatterometry, bringing together experts from science, applications and industry.

Temporary H-SAF service interruption: on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 a scheduled maintenance to the electric power supply systems of CNMCA will be carried out. Such work will imply: 1) the complete unavailability of all CNMCA systems and services from 14.30 to 17.30 CEST (from 12.30 to 15.30 UTC); 2) potential brief outages between 17:30 and 21:00 CEST (from 15.30 to 19.00 UTC). It is noted that, for this reason, both the H-SAF website and the access to products via ftp will not be available from the 22nd April afternoon to the 23th April morning. The maintenance activities will not affect the generation of the H-SAF products, that will be available again after the completion of maintenance activities.
